It’s time to play!
PLAYPLADS is a mock identity system I created for the Nordatlantens Brygge—located in Copenhagen, Denmark—during the Summer 2022 semester as a student in the DIS Graphic Design Studio (MA). This project was created under the direction for designer Morten Noer Andersen. This identity system uses bright colors, lively typefaces and adorable country mascots to appeal to a younger Danish audience in the hopes of raising awareness and appreciation for Greenlandic, Icelandic, and Faroese culture in the heart of Copenhagen. PLAYPLADS is essentially a children’s event space located within the Nordatlantens Brygge that allows for families to interact with different elements of the three represented cultures in a novel way.
